1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and FlowEdge AI Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the flowedge.aiwebsite as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and our Services are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

3. User Representations

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

  • Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.

5. Disclaimer regarding AI Solutions

Our Services include the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning models. You acknowledge that:

  • AI models are probabilistic and may produce outputs that are inaccurate, offensive, or biased (“Hallucinations”). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using it for any purpose, especially legal, financial, or medical purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will FlowEdge AI Ltd, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site and Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of England and Wales. FlowEdge AI Ltd and you irrevocably consent that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
